Adding AppleScript to your Mac OS Application

Adding AppleScript support to your application is hard. Adding a simple line to you Build Phases will help to ease the pain:

sdef "${TARGET_BUILD_DIR}/${PRODUCT_NAME}.app" | sdp -fh --basename "${PRODUCT_NAME}”

The above line will generate the header file needed for your Cocoa application that will test your AS application (i’ve found it easier to test my application with a dedicated tester app than with Apple’s Script Editor).
